2. What data we process
- Video call form: full name, pharmacy name, email address, WhatsApp number, products you are interested in and comments.
- Contact by phone, WhatsApp or email: the information you give us in the conversation.
- Clients with Cloud access: user and login data for the platform. This processing is also governed by the contract and data processing agreement signed with each pharmacy.
- Browsing: IP address, device and website usage, only through cookies you have accepted. See the cookie policy.
We do not ask for health data. Please do not include patient data in the comments field.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you.
4. How long we keep it
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Clients: for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law (for example, six years for commercial records).
- Data based on consent: until you withdraw it.
- Cookies: the periods stated in the cookie policy.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes. Service providers acting as processors under a contract compliant with Art. 28 GDPR may access it: web hosting, CRM, messaging, video conferencing and technical support providers.
We will also disclose it to public authorities, courts or banks where required by law or needed for invoicing. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. processes the conversation data under its own policy.
6. International transfers
Some providers, such as Google or Meta, may process data in the United States. They do so under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision) or the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to info@farmaconnect.es with the subject “Data protection”, or by post to our address, stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, in line with Art. 32 GDPR.
9. Other people’s data
If you give us data about other people at your pharmacy, you agree to inform them of this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
